With an account, we store your email address, name and the profile you enter or import from ORCID, so that we can match calls to you and send the emails you have chosen. If your profile has an ORCID, we also store the grants linked to it in funders' open data and on your ORCID record, and use them in your matches. You can remove them on your profile page.

If you ask to be notified when a call opens without an account, we store your email address for that call only. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days, and the address is deleted 30 days after the notification is sent.

To see how the site is used, we record page events under a random ID kept in your browser. No cookies are used for this, and the events are deleted after 180 days.
