The purpose of this call is to advance knowledge of the conditions that enable older people to remain in the workforce. Approximately SEK 102 million will be allocated to research project grants in this call . To advance knowledge of the conditions that enable older people to remain in the workforce, the call invites research on the individual, organisational and institutional factors that influence people's capacity, willingness and opportunities to work longer.
